September 27

I had 4 classes that day and I took a advance training to study abroad. I could see the members for the first time who will study abroad next year. Narisa and I became a leader. So we will be busier than before.


September 28

I had 3 classes that day. Ayana who is one of my best friends came to KGU and I could talk with her after a long time. We talked about many things. I was happy to see her. I won't be able to see her often but I like her so much. If she is in the trouble, I want to help her. Ayana, thank you for coming to see me.

September 29


I went to Yatsushiro police office to reissue my driver's licence. I lost my wallet and it isn't still found. I am so sorry x( After that, I went to Yatsushiro station by bicycle. I like driving so much but I like riding my bicycle too. When I got to KGU, I went to building 14. I met Megumu, Eri and Mi-chan and did my homework. We had lunch and I took Korean class. I got together with Eri and Megumu at Maruzen and bought some sweets :) We ate them at the bakery, talking each other. After that, we went to building 14 again to do our homework. Recording is so funny and it is very useful to improve our pronunciation. I will try it every week.

September 30

It was rainy today. I had 4 classes. I went to the library in the morning and studied English. I went to building 12 to take law. I was surprised that there were many kinds of faculty of students. I thought girls in the English department are so cute.hehe Today was the last day of September. I will enjoy next month too.

In the town of Kabira, Africa, people and animals live together happily. The town was built in a place where wild animals live. As long as both humans and animals obey certain rules, they can live peacefully. What are the rule in Kabira> How dangerous is it there?

I love animals so much so I want to live in Kabira with animals. There are many animals there such as lions, elephants and so on. I can't imagine that children in Kabira go to school through the animal town.haha But it is awful that animals run somewhere to get something. It is amazing that people in Kabira have many rules and animals understand them. I think it looks like the wild animal town of Kabira may have found a balance that works well. I hope people and animals can continue living together.

September 26 The awards celemony

I went to Fukuoka to make a presentation. I already told you in this blog that our school got the first prize in Kyusyu meiko-gijuku. I was very surprised that the hotel was sooooooooo big!!!!! Many owners and bosses came there and they came to us to say hello. We had lunch on the first floor and it was very delicious but sooo expensive. but we didn't have to pay because we were invited to the meeting. We were very lucky.
First, the awards ceremony was held at 13:00 and our school got 4 prize!!!!!!! I can't believe it!!!!! We were soooo happy :) Some owners and bosses gave a speech and I was so moved. That was the first time for Meiko to invite teacher like us!!!!

After that, we made a presentation in front of everyone. We were so nervous but we did our best. After the presentation, we had dinner. Many bosses and owners came to us and said, "Your presentation was wonderful!!! I was sooo moved!" I was happy to hear that.

September 27

I am in the writing class now. i met Mr Lavin after a long time. He explained something new to us. We will be busy from now on but I will try. I can learn many things from him this class. I learn not only to write something in English but also to do something by using a computer. It is very important how well I can use a computer in the future. So I have to listen to him and try. It is very pity that this class is held Monday first period. I live in Yatsushiro and it takes an hour to go to KGU so I have to get up at 6:30 at the latest. I will be careful not to be late for school every Monday. This class is held at the building 14 and the next class is held at the building 4. So I have to move fast with Megumu there from here.haha The next class is politics and the teacher is soooooo kind. If we are late for the class, he won't be angry.haha But we can try not to be late for the class. Today I have 4 classes and have a meeting about the KGU English Lounge at lunch time. Welcome Party

Today I went to the dorm because the welcome party was held. It was soooooooo fun!!!!! New exchange students were soooo nice and funny. They are from America, Canada, China, Thailand, Britain and Taiwan. They were joking a lot so I couldn't help laughing. They can speak Japanese well so I sometimes use English and sometimes use Japanese. They know bad Japanese words and phrases. I don't know where they learned those.haha I could talk with Miyo-san who studied abroad in Canada. I asked some questions and she gave me some advice. Any way, I have to study English hard!!! I talked with Ayano-chan and Asuka-chan and I want them to be new English Lounge staff. They asked me how the home stay program was. I went to New Zealand and it was sooooooo nice! I want many students to go there. I was sooooo happy to go to the welcome party. I could see not only new exchange students but also other foreign students. I wanted to go drinking but I had a part-time job so I had to go home. I wish I could live in Kumamoto-city x( I am looking forward to seeing them at KGU. I hope they can enjoy every day. If they are in the trouble, I want to help them anytime!

September 24 I love my lovely friends

Today I could see many of my friends in the English department. I like being with them sooo much. Megumu got a boyfriend this summer so we looked for him. "Who?!" "That boy?!" It was soooo funny.haha Kanako and Hiromi told us a funny story when they were little. I have moved 3 times so I have no friends who know me when I was little. I think Hiromi and Kanako are happy :)

The welcome party will be held tomorrow. I am looking forward to it soooooo much!!

September 23 Meeting

I went to Meiko at 12:00 p.m. because we had to practice making a presentation. First, we made a manuscript for ourselves and our boss checked them. Next, we started reading and timed. Finally, we had a rehearsal in front of our boss. She was so moved and said, "Your presentation is so good! You can do it in the real part." I couold have a confidence. After going out of the school, we went to Youme town to buy a new suit. Our boss chose me it so I was happy :) I have to practice making a presentation until the real part.

September 21 The new term started!

The new term started on September 21. I was very happy but veru sad. Do you get me feeling? I am happy to see me lovely friends but I am sad teachers will give us a lot of homework. I live in Yatsushiro and it takes about 1 hour to go to KGU by train so I have to ge up at 6:30 at the latest. It is hard for me to get up early but I will try this term too. I was happy to see many friends of mine. Ayako gave us a cute present from America because she went to America for overseas training. The present was a cute hand gel and it smells sooo sweet. Ayako, thank you sooooo much!

September 20 Marinoa

I went to Marinoa which is located in Fukuoka with Shiba-sensei, Riko-chan, Sato-sensei, Matsumoto-sensei, TKB-sensei, Ueno-sensei and Ken-chan. We got together in Mac and left Yatsushiro. We enjoyed talking and singing soooo much in the car. When I arrived in Fukuoka, I became exited! I bought a backpack, a pair of shoes, a T-shirt, a dress and a culotte skirt. I was so happy :) I like being with the members of meiko. If I can, I want to go there again.

Homestay★Day 2

We got up at 10:00 a.m. We could sleep very well.haha We went to Kyusendo which is a calcareous cave in my mother's car. It was the second time for me to go there. I first went there when I was a primary school student. It was sooo cool and we enjoyed soooo much. There are many kinds of limestone. We had lunch at the second floor. While we were going home, we talked about politics. Hyerin learned about Japanese and Korean history and told us many things. She has many kinds of knowledge. I have to start learning Japanese history before studing abroad. After we got home, we watched hanayori-dango. Hyerin has watched Japanese Hanayori-dango many times in Korea and she loves it soooo much. She likes Syun Oguri and we like Rui Hanazawa whom he played. Meng-Fang told me that she is not good at speaking Japanese but I think she is very good at listening. Also, Hanayori-dango is broadcasted in Taiwan. The story is almost the same as Japanese’s. She can understand the story and what they said. Hyerin sometimes asked me some high level questions so I was very surprised. My father got home and dinner was ready but we kept watching it, having dinner. After that, my mother and I drove Hyerin and Meng-Fang to the dorm. I met some of my Korean friends after a long time. They said to me, “Ayanooooooo!!! You became beautiful!!!! You have got thinner than before, right?” I thought they became Japanese.haha I met new exchange students again! I was happy because they remembered my name. I can’t wait to go the welcome party this weekend!

Homestay★Day 1

Meng-Fang is one of new exchange students and she came to my house and did a home stay on September 18 and 19. Narisa and Hyerin came to my house, too. My mother and I picked them up at the KGU international center at 11:30. Hyerin did a home stay in my house in April. Of course I was happy that she came to my house again and so were my mother. We went backed to Yatsushiro and had lunch at Kaneyama udon which is located in only Yastushiro, Ashikita and Minamata. Hyerin loves it so much and I was happy that Narisa and Meng-Fang got to like it :) After we arrived at mu house, we looked at my at my album. Meng-Fang played the piano well and we listened to it :) A sad accident happened.

I LOST MY WALLET!!!!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!!!!!!!!
It means I also lost my driver's license, my insurance card, purikura and so on. I bought my wallet at Singapore air port and I love it so much. So I was sooooooo disappointed.

I hope it will back to me x(

We went to Youme town and Shokorin joined us. We took purikura. It was the first time for Meng-Fang to take purikura in Japan.

We went to Karaoke and enjoyed singing for 2 hours soooooo much!!! Hyerin sing Japanese songs very well so we were very surprised!!!!! Shokorin likes Korean songs so much so she sang it with Hyerin :) Every time Narisa and I go to karaoke, we sing Lady Gaga's songs. So we sang and danced that day too.haha Meng-fang sang Chinese songs. We can read kanzi so we could get the meaning of the songs. But Hyerin can't understand the meaning of the kanzi fast so she was panicked!!!haha It was so funny!!!

We went home and had dinner, watching Korean DVD. My mother likes cooking so the meals were very good :)

We took a grope photo and said goodbye to Shokorin and Narisa. We took a bath and talked, eating sweets. Meng-Fang gave me a Taiwan cookie and a cute key holder shaped basketball and basket shose. I was soooo happy!!! We talked with Yuki on skype for 1 hour. She is in the UK now and goes to LJMU. She enjoys herself every day so I want there so much! I introduced Meng-Fang to her :) We slept at 0:00.

September 16 New exchange students

Narisa and I went to KGU to explain the rules and work of the KGU English Lounge to new exchange students. I was sooooo happy to see them. They are so nice, kind and funny. Narisa and I could not explain well but they listened to us. Narisa said, "Did you get what I said?" and they nod to us with a smile :) I was so happy to talk with them. Narisa and I will go to SMU next year and I told Lexy, Jordan and Pathron it. They were surprised.haha I really want to make great memories with them from now on. New exchange students, thank you for coming to KGU!!!!

September 15 We got the first prize in Kyusyu

I work at meiko-gijuku which is one of school as a part-time job. There are about 260 school in Kyusyu and we got the first prize in Kyusyu!!!!! I can't believe our school became No.1!!!!!! We were soooooooo happy to hear that :) So we can go to Fukuoka to make a presentation. Maybe I will be nervous but I will do my best.

My Favorite class

I am going to talk about my favorite class. My favorite class is speaking. It is so fun because our teacher is so good! I know I can make myself understood in easy English if I don’t become a great English speaker. But I hope to speak English fluently early. I am good at writing, reading and grammar. So I have to practice speaking and listening. We can listen to Western music at the class. I am so happy to know new Western song. I like singing Western music at karaoke! We have to ask and answer about one topic at the class. Then we learn how to ask each question. I like someone being a teacher and asking us. Speaking is very important. I try to practice speaking English from now on too.

September 13 Shopping with Rika-ne

I have introduced Rike-ne to you before. Rika-ne is one of my best friends and she treats me as her sister so I call her not Rika but Rika-ne.haha She went to Canada for 2 weeks to do home stay and she came back to Japan. She gave me a present from Canada, which made me be surprised!!!! The present is a body dream and the flavor is so sweet :) Thanks Rika-ne! I saw her after 3 months so I was so happy to see her. I picked her up and went to Ogawa for shopping. We like shopping so much. Many cute Autumn clothes were being sold. I bought two. After we had lunch, we went back to Yatsushiro. We went to karaoke and enjoyed singing for 2 hours. We have many favorite singer, for example Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift, Nishino Kana, Abe Mao and so on. I like being with her so much! Then we went to my house and talked about many kinds of things, lying on the bed. She told me that high school friends are very different from university friedns. I think it is true in a positive way and otherwise. I like both high school friends and university friends so much :) We had dinner in my house and it was the first time for her to do that. We had a great time. Rika-ne, thank you for coming to my house. I hope to see her this winter!

I am going to talk about my favorite place. I like being home very much. There are 4 people in my family. We are very busy but we talk every day. I like my family so much. I am going to talk about my junior high school memory. I belonged to the basketball club for 8 years. We practiced playing basketball every day. Our coach often told us to appreciate for all people and all things around us and do what we should do. It is very natural to raise our hand straight in the class, express our opinion and stop when we say hello to someone. We practiced it before the class started. However hard we practiced, we didn’t win the tournament. We were very sad and wonder why we didn’t. But we kept believing ourselves and practicing. Finally, we could get the first prize at the last basketball tournament. We were so moved and our coach, parents, friends and teachers were pleased. I will never forget the best memory forever.

I am going to talk about my favorite motto. I bought a nice calendar which is written many kinds of good phrase like proverb. The only way to prove it is to do it yourself. It is one of the phrases I like. I took the exam to study abroad and I could pass the exam. I really studied hard to pass it. My parents said to me, "You have to think about studying abroad more seriously if you really want to do that. It doesn't matter for us whether you can pass the exam or not. It depends on your efforts." So I did. I think if you want to prove something, you have to do it yourself. I was lucky to know the phrase before I took the exam to study abroad.

I am going to talk about my favorite animal. I like animals so much. Dolphin is the most favorite animal. When I was little, I went to Amakusa to watch dolphins and swim with them. It was so nice. Dolphins are so kind and so cute. They are very familiar with people. I will never forget swimming with them. When I get married and have children in the future, I want them to give the great chance to swim with dolphins. Dolphins are also very clever. When I go to the aquarium, they always show us many kinds of performance. I wish I could keep dolphins in the future. If I really want to do that, I have to buy the sea.

But one Christmas I saw my dud carrying a present to my room while I was lying on the bed. I was so shocked. My parents have given me a present directly since the accident happened. I don't like summer because I break a sweat without doing anything. I love winter clothes very much. Boots, coats and other things are so cute. Last year I made a snowman on the way to KGU with Yui and showed our writing teacher. I hope it will snow this winter too.

I seldom listened to Western music but Narisa, Yuki and other friends of English department told me many songs. I like Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift and Justin Bieber very much! Lady Gaga is so cool. I want to go to her concert some day. Taylor Swift is so beautiful and cute. ‘You Belong with me’, ‘Love story’ ‘Today was fairytale’ and ‘our songs’ are good! Justin Bieber is so cute. His voice is so clear and it relieves me so much. I can't catch everything they say but I like the rhythm of the songs. I always sing Western music when I go to karaoke. I want to listen to many kinds of Western Music from now on too.

The work to treat animal's teeth is very interesting and difficult. Human can use toothbrush but animals can't. I didn't know before I read this book that elephants will die when their last set of teeth is gone and they can no longer eat. Teeth are important for both human and animals. I like animals so much but if I have a chance to treat their teeth, I don't want to treat sea lion's and black jaguar's teeth. It's so awful!!! I think two wokers in this book are very brave.

Dolphins are intelligent animals that live in the ocean. Every year thousands of dolphins swim too close to beaches and get caught on land. If left outside they water, they can die. This happened to a dolphin in Texas named Cupid. What happened to Cupid? Was he saved?

I don’t know which is better for dolphins, to stay with people or to live in the ocean. Nowadays many environmental problems have been increasing because of people. Even if people don’t injure dolphins directly, they have a responsibility to pollute environment. We have to think about environment more seriously. Dolphins are so clever that they can perform with people. If dolphins are happy, they had better not live in the ocean lest they are injured.

September 3 The announcement of successful examinees

I took the exam to study abroad in June and the result was announced on September 3. I could pass it and I can go to Canada next summer!!!!!!!! I did it!!!! I was soooooo happy!!!!!! Moreover I can go there with one of my best friends, Narisa!!!!!! Eri took the exam and could pass it, too!!!!!! We studied TOEFL and practiced English interview together so we were so glad to hear that. SMU is Narisa's and my first choice university and LJMU is Eri's!! I can't believe it!!! How wonderful we could pass our first choice!!! We had a lot of things to do in spring term but we had to study TOEFL to pass the exam. Of course it was so hard that we were tired every day. But I thought victory goes to the person who can stay the course! I will try to study English harder from now on.

September 5 The party to celebrate the completion of the summer school

The party to celebrate the completion of the summer school was held on September 5. It was soooooooo funny!!!! I picked Riko-chan up and went to meiko where I work part-time to park my car. Sacchon, Ishida-sensei, Shiba-sensei and Sato-sensei came there and we went to godai whichi is a Japanese bar. When we arrived there, everyone else were there. We enetered the Japanese bar and started eating and drinking. We enjoyed talking soooooo much and laughed a lot!!! There are 4 new teachers in meiko now. It was the first time for me to talk with them deeply. I was very happy. After having dinner, some of us went to the karaoke. There is still some time left so we took prikura and enjoyed at the game center.haha We started singing at 23:00. It was soooooo funny!!!!! Everyone is good at singing. I am called Ai-chan in meiko because I look like Haruna Ai. I don't think so x( But it's O.K.haha We were singing for 6 hours! I was so tired but I enjoyed myself sooo much! I drove Ken-chan to Shin-Yatsushiro station and said goodbye to him. After I got home, I slept for 10 hours.haha I am looking forward to going to to karaoke next time too.
